Job Description

  • Determining policies and supervising the proper implementation of administrative and support activities at the university level
  • Implementing university policies and guidelines in the fields related to administrative, employment, welfare and support affairs
  • Preparing and organizing the necessary administrative regulations, circulars and instructions to be submitted to the relevant authorities based on the university's regulations and approvals and notifying all units after approval
  • Monitoring the implementation of disciplinary regulations and handling employee violations and referring cases to the administrative violations handling boards
  • Predicting annual promotions and changes in rank and base of employees with the help of relevant units
  • Procuring and providing the necessary equipment and supplies for various university units and ordering them from inside and outside the country in full coordination with relevant units
  • Carrying out all university warehousing affairs
  • Creating and maintaining a personnel database and service and administrative records of all university personnel
  • Supervising the implementation of all university support and service matters and providing them to various units
  • Preparing plans related to the general welfare of employees and supervising the proper implementation of said plans
  • Planning and supervising the desirable methods of managing university employment affairs
  • Supervising the correct implementation of employment regulations and providing necessary guidance
  • Cooperating in preparing, arranging and revising the set of job descriptions, charts and organizational positions of the university with the management of the university's program, budget, administrative transformation and productivity
  • Cooperating with the management of the program, budget, administrative transformation and productivity of the university in classifying employee jobs
  • Supervising Pooya matters, full-time plan, overtime and appointment of employees (faculty and non-faculty)
  • Participating in various meetings and commissions and expressing opinions and providing necessary suggestions
  • Planning to provide the university's required human resources and presenting the necessary plans and proposals, as well as carrying out matters related to their employment, including faculty and non-faculty, in cooperation with the university's program, budget, administrative transformation and productivity management
  • Identifying and determining the job categories and fields of organizational positions according to job classification plans with the university's program, budget, administrative transformation and productivity management
  • Handling employee welfare and retirement matters and making the necessary decisions
  • Monitoring employee evaluations
  • Cooperating with the security unit in the field of protecting buildings, property and facilities
  • Carrying out major repairs in order to restore and maintain existing buildings and facilities in coordination with the technical affairs group and supervising development plans
  • Participating in meetings to prepare and adjust the staff personnel budget
  • Carrying out other matters assigned by the superior
