Preparing, compiling and organizing short-term, medium-term and long-term plans for the Office of the President.
Establishing administrative communication between the head of the research institute and the relevant units, both verbal and written, and following up on them.
Receiving and registering letters sent from various units that need to be reviewed by the director of the research institute, and ensuring timely responses to correspondence from the directorate.
Preparing drafts and issuing letters that contain the opinions and instructions of the head of the research institute to various units.
Preparing drafts, registering and sending letters, orders, circulars and invitations issued.
Following up and implementing the instructions of the head of the research institute.
Communicating orders issued by the director of the research institute to subordinate individuals and units.
Organizing work and meeting schedules for the head of the research institute.
Inviting people to form meetings and commissions.
Preparing the minutes of the presidential meetings and communicating them to the relevant units and following up on the approvals of the aforementioned meetings.
Organizing meetings, organizing programs for meetings, ceremonies, and public activities of the research institute, carrying out ceremonial matters, and supervising the proper implementation of such activities.
Designing survey forms for audiences and conveying their comments and suggestions to various departments of the research institute.

Preparing, organizing and implementing advertising and publishing plans and programs.
Studying all newspapers and magazines and extracting research institute materials to send to relevant units.
Planning and managing conferences and seminars.
Publishing internal news and information of the research institute for the information of employees.
Reviewing materials, newspapers, and news about the research institute's activities and preparing the necessary responses.
Carrying out all press, audiovisual and other matters of the research institute and supervising all media productions of the research institute.
Preparing the necessary programs for holidays, celebrations, and ceremonial affairs held through the research institute and proposing the necessary funds to the relevant authorities.
Photographing and filming ceremonial events, seminars, interviews, etc., and maintaining their records.
Designing and implementing a suitable website to introduce the research institute and interact with audiences at different levels in cooperation with relevant units.
Collaborating in optimizing and updating the form and content of information on the research institute's website in collaboration with the Information Technology and Computer Services Department.
Collecting information and informing the public about the institute's scientific and research news, as well as familiarizing the public with how the institute's various units function, in cooperation with relevant units.
Performing other tasks assigned by superiors.
