The Vice-Chancellor for Support, Finance and Resource Management, by utilizing the university's human capital as the fundamental pillar and main capital of the university and other financial and intellectual capital, is known as a decision-making, influential and dynamic vice-chancellor. This vice-chancellor, in cooperation, participation and coordination with other vice-chancellors, plays an important role in promoting and advancing the university's high goals. Achieving the goals set in the university's strategic document will not be possible without increasing productivity and administrative transformation in all areas of the university's activity.
