Head of Legal Department, Contracts and Complaints Handling
Description of duties
Monitoring the proper implementation of the legal provisions contained in the contracts.
Expressing opinions on drafting the text of memorandums of understanding and supervising the manner of concluding contracts between the research institute and domestic and international natural and legal persons.
Documenting the immovable property of the research institute and carrying out related registration matters as ordered by the head of the research institute.
Providing legal opinions regarding inquiries from various units of the research institute regarding various issues.
Attending court hearings on cases related to the research institute and hearing statements rejecting or accepting it in terms of legal issues.
Supervising the preparation of petitions, complaints and statements.
Drafting the required articles of association and regulations.
Cooperation and action in the preparation and organization of legal archives and the maintenance and classification of approvals.
Separating petitions and complaints received from relevant authorities and referring them to specialized units or committees.
Responding to claims and complaints and filing complaints against natural and legal persons who object to the rights of the research institute in various fields.
Providing advice and guidance to various units of the research institute in order to prevent mistakes that will lead to legal disputes.
Follow up on legal issues, study and review laws and regulations, and provide necessary suggestions in order to establish the legal unit's procedures.
Handling complaints received from clients, the public, and the research institute's staff.
Carrying out necessary correspondence with judicial authorities, including courts, police forces, etc.
Responding to and addressing problems that clients encounter with various units of the research institute.
Performing other tasks assigned by the head of the research institute.
